By engaging our accounting technology services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our digital bookkeeping and automation services are provided on a professional basis, subject to Canadian law and professional regulations.

2. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for accounting technology services. Timely communication and document provision are essential for effective digital bookkeeping and automation service delivery.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with Canadian accounting technology professional standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on service type and complexity. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We accept major payment methods and provide detailed invoices.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to help client satisfaction while maintaining professional standards:

  • Accounting technology consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided
  • For ongoing digital bookkeeping services, unused prepaid amounts may be refunded upon written request
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion
  • Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Processing time for approved refunds is typically 5-10 business days
